Today I’m sharing a few Easter basket ideas, as I realized just this morning that Easter is only a few weeks away!
I’m not quite to the stage of adulthood where I have any real Easter decorations for the house, although I am loving all of the classy pastel and tiny floral tablescapes I’ve been seeing on Instagram this week.
The only real Easter tradition I have is that I make the exact same things for our family get-together each year: carrot cake and deviled eggs (perhaps the two most important dishes of the day?).
And I love putting together little Easter baskets for the girls. We usually do a tiny egg hunt in the living room in the morning and let them rifle through their baskets before we get ready for church.
Here are a few Easter basket ideas for littles.
I love this Easter basket from Target.
We brought some bubble wands home from the wedding we were at last weekend for the girls, and they were a HIT.
This baby stacker toy and rattle set are the exact type of thing my girls would have lost their minds over when they were tiny.
Why is brand new chalk so much better than slightly-used chalk? My girls will love these chalk eggs.
We love these painting kits from Target.
H&M has the best accessories for kids–I love these flower glasses. And they make the best socks.
I love this book about Easter because it actually talks about, you know, the story of Easter and why we celebrate it.
It’s a pre-weekend pick me up: just a little note with links to the latest blog posts, what I’m reading lately, and products I’m obsessed with. Think of it as a friend dropping off a surprise latte in the morning--you know?
